The worship life at St. Peter’s centers around God’s Word and Sacraments. We come to worship knowing that God has promised to come to us through the means of grace that He has given. Therefore, we gather together as a community of believers to receive these gifts of faith. There is no dress code for our worship services. However, we do ask that you dress modestly in respect and reverence for our Lord. Can’t make it in person? We do livestream our services.
Early Service | 8:15 AM
Our early service is our “low” service, meaning all of the liturgy is spoken. We celebrate the Divine Service using the various settings found in the Lutheran Service Book. We also have lay readers who read the first and second readings.
Sunday School | 9:30 AM
We gather together in the sanctuary for Sunday School opening for some songs, birthday celebrations, our mission offering, and a word of prayer. After opening we break into our individual classes. We have classes for all ages: 3 and Under, 3yr through 2nd grade, and 3rd grade through 6th grade. 7th grade and up are part of the adult class that meets in the sanctuary. We do a variety of studies in our adult class including studying directly from Scripture, video series, doctrinal studies, etc.
Late Service | 10:30 AM
Our late service is our “high” service, meaning parts of the liturgy are sung/spoken according to the setting. We celebrate the Divine Service using the various settings found in the Lutheran Service Book.
